Listen to Will Sid Smith's Radio Show

Radio Rhythms

Tune in to singer songwriter Will Sid Smith when he takes to the airwaves on Friday 21 December.

Be sure to catch Will's radio show on Redfluxradio.com on Friday at 8.00pm UK time.

He will be playing an eclectic mix of music by himself and artists like Annaca, Donna Destri, the Lectures and the Duel.

Seventeen year-old Will already has an impressive catalogue of original songs and has been playing gigs around Kent and in London for three years.

When he was 14, Will was inspired by the guitar playing on a KT Tunstall song called Immune, and took up lessons. Soon after, Will started writing his own material and began playing to audiences.

But he actually began singing seriously when he was just six years old, in competitions, as part of a choir, and then as a soloist.

Will's main influences are songwriters like Michelle Branch and John Shanks, but he enjoys all types of music, particularly Tyler Hilton, Kate Voegele, Paramore, The Goo Goo Dolls and Avril Lavigne.

London Summer Jam described his sound as "smooth pop with an edge" and Punk Globe magazine compared him to the late, great singer songwriter Jeff Buckley
